顶体完整率与形态正常精子百分率及精子密度的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨顶体完整率与形态正常精子百分率、精子密度之间的关系。方法:对410例男性不育者进行精液常规分析并作顶体完整率、精子形态分析。结果:形态正常组顶体完整率明显高于形态异常组(P<0.001)。精子密度正常组顶体完整率与密度异常组顶体完整率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),顶体完整率正常组形态正常精子百分率明显高于顶体完整率异常组(P<0.001)。结论:精子顶体完整率与形态正常精子百分率有密切关系。 Objective: To discuss the correlation between rate of acrosome intactness and rate of sperm with normal morphology and sperm density. Methods: The rate of sperm with normal morphology, sperm density and rate of acrosome intactness were measured and analyzed in 410 infertile men. Results: The rate of acrosome intactness in sperm with normal morphology group was higher than that of sperm with abnormal morphology group ( P 〈 0. 001 ) . The comparisons between normal sperm density group and abnormal sperm density group showed that the rate of acrosome intactness was not significantly different (P 〉 0. 05) . The rate of sperm with normal morphology in nomal acrosome intactness rate group was higher than that of abnormal acrosome intactness rate group ( P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion: There were close relationship between the rate of sperm with normal morphology and the rate of acrosome intactness.
