摘要
目的研究中药柴胡乳剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法分别用碳粒廓清法、溶血素测定法和2,4二硝基氯苯诱导DTH反应法测定柴胡乳剂对正常小鼠非特异性免疫及环磷酰胺免疫功能低下小鼠体液免疫、细胞免疫的影响。结果与正常对照组比,柴胡乳剂组小鼠的碳粒廓清指数明显提高;柴胡乳剂能明显提高环磷酰胺免疫功能低下小鼠血清溶血素含量,增加DTH反应小鼠的耳肿胀度。结论柴胡乳剂可以增强正常小鼠及Cy所致免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bupleurum chinense DC. on im- munologic functions of mice. Methods Carbon clearance, hemolysin test and DNCB-induced delayed type hypersensitivity （DTH） were used to evaluate the effects of Bupleurum chinense DC. on normal mice or cyclophosphamide model mice. Results The index of carbon particle clearance of normal mouse was significantly improved when treated with Bupleurum chinense DC. compared with those of control group; Bupleurum chinense DC. significantly raised the content of serumhemolysin and the swell degrees of ears response to DTH reaction in immunosuppressed mice induced by Cy. Conclusions Bupleurum chinense DC. can improve the immunologic function of normal and immunosuppressed mice.
