摘要
以气固两相流理论、气力输送原理及计算流体力学为基础,在滑移-扩散流动模型的基础上,借助有限元分析方法,对烟丝干燥膨胀系统进行热、气、固耦合数值模拟,得出系统的温度、速度、压力及物料的分布。所得结果与国外同类设备的实测数据进行比较,验证拟开发设备结构的合理性,为进一步的开发设计提供了理论依据。
On the basis of the theory of gas-solid particle two-phase flow,aerodynamic transportation principle, computational fluid dynamics and the slippage-pervasion fIow model,by using the finite element method,the expanded system of material is numerically simulated in heat, gas, solid coupled field and the distribution of temperature ,velocity and stress can be obtained. Through comparing the results to the practical metrical datum of the same overseas equipment,structural rationality of imitational equipment can be validated. So the result can offer the theory reliance for the further exploitation design.
