我国页岩资源丰富,量大面广,有发展页岩烧结砖的有利条件,页岩烧结砖的发展方向是:生产高档次、高品位、高附加值的页岩烧结制品。选择页岩烧结的原料时,要注意蒙脱石和石灰石或方解石的含量。蒙脱石含量高,易产生大量裂纹;石灰石或方解石含量高,易产生石灰爆裂。
The shale material is very rich in China, so it is advantage for producing shale brick. When choose shale, the content of montmorillonite, limestone or calcite should be noticed. With high montnlorillonite, the cracks is easily appeared, and high limestone or calcite easily results llme blowing.
