摘要
通过自由基聚合法合成了絮凝剂丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵P(AM-DMC),研究了其对六种水溶性染料模拟废水的脱色效果.结果表明,P(AM-DMC)的脱色效果与絮凝剂用量、阳离子度、溶液 pH值及染料种类有关.可见吸收光谱及IR谱图分析表明,P(AM-DMC)对这几种染料废水的脱色机理是絮凝剂中的-N+(CH3)结构与染料分子中的-SO3-发生化学反应,同时亦形成了分子间氢键,通过键合作用使水中染料聚集沉降.
Poly { acrylamide-co- [ 2- (methacryloyloxy) ethyltrimethylammonium chloride ] } was prepared by radical copolymerization in aqueous solution. The efficiencies of decolorization of six water-soluble dyes by P(AM-DMC) was tested. The results showed that the decolorization perfance of P(AM-DMC) depended on type of dyes, dosage and cationic degree of flocculants and on the pH values of solution. The study of decolorization mechanism indicated that the chemical reaction of reactive dyes with P(AM-DMC) occurred, binding of dyes with flocculant lead dyes to flocculation and sedimentation from equeous solution.
