摘要
本文对超声振动磨削机理进行了探讨,介绍了内圆磨削装置及工艺试验.超声振动内圆磨削可以改善工件加工表面质量,提高生产率。
This paper discusses the theory of ultrasonic vibration grinding. The bore grinding equipment and technological experiment are introduced. The surface quality and productivity can be improved. This method has important meanings for the bore grinding of hard material.
