摘要 反思教学近年来在欧美教育界备受重视,在我国也正在被广大教师所熟悉。本文以成人教育中学生的学习心理特征及学习条件为基础,从反思教学理论出发,结合教学过程中的动力学说,以现代信息技术作为辅助手段,提出了一种注重培养学生情感态度的成人教育反思教学模式。在成人教育中运用该模式,会激励师生双方更好地完成自己的任务,使学生得到知识技能和态度情感的双重提高。 Critical instruction is a theory of training teachers in the process of facilitating teachers' professional development, which can be applied to all teaching activities of education with purpose. Since the adult learners are equipped with certain knowledge, experience, cognition and appraisal ability, therefore, critical instructional model can be applied to teaching activities of adult education.This article first analyzed the theory basis of the critical instructional model, that is, Dewey's thought on critical instruction and Sean's thought on critical practice. And then it expounded on the teaching motivation theory in analyzing further the critical instructional model.The author, furthermore, expounded on the implementation of the critical instructional model in adult education and in particular, they illustrated the function target, condition to realize the target, and the implementation process. The critical instructional model encourages teachers and learners to acquire from various channels relevant data with a view of assisting teachers to know learning and reflection while teaching, to help learners to acquire knowledge through reflection. Stress on teachers' reflection is the feature of this model, and it can be seen as its pillar as well. Condition to realize critical instructional model requires that (1) The teachers should accept the idea of critical instruction and be able to guide the learners; (2) The learners have to reflect their learning proactively and be equipped themselves with the power of keen insight and analytic capability.The authors take the view that the critical instructional model can impel both teachers and learners to fulfill their own tasks in adult teaching and learning, and can improve their knowledge skills, as well as attitude and emotion, so as to compensate for the long-time lack of emotion development and attitude aspect in adult teaching and learning.
