摘要
利用60Co-γ射线辐射处理草地早熟禾的三个品种解放者、新哥来德和奖品的干种子,观测不同辐射剂量(0 Gy、50 Gy、100 Gy、150 Gy、200Gy)的60Co-γ射线对种子发芽的影响及种子萌发过程中的SOD和POD酶的活性。结果表明,低剂量(50Gy)的辐射有促进作用,高剂量的辐射对草地早熟禾种子的萌发有抑制作用,且随着辐射剂量的加大,抑制作用增强。在这五种剂量的辐射下,两种酶的活性都是先升高后降低。
The effect of ^60Co-γ rays irradiation on the seeds germination of three breeds(Liberator , Nuglade and Award )of kentucky bluegrass and the activity of SOD ,POD and PPO of seeds were analysed. The results showed that appropriate dosage(50Gy)^60Co-γ rays irradiation could promote seed germination, but higher dosage could inhibit the seed germination, and the higher dosage, the stronger inhibition. The analysis of the activity of SOD ,POD and PPO of seeds of Kentucky bluegrass showed that the activity of two enzymes were elevated earlier and decline afterward under the five dosages.
