摘要
讨论了光电编码器误差的原理、计算和测试。从此类编码器固有的输入阶梯性、输出等分性和误差封闭性等特性出发,并从精度的一般定义推导了这种传感器精度(绝对误差、相对误差)、线性废、阶梯误差和灵敏高的计算公式和测量方法,并给出实例。
This paper mainly discusses the analysing, calculating and measuring of optical-electric encoder's error. From the principle,the paper analyses the input's step, output'sequal division and closed error of this kind of encoder. And from the definition of accuracy,itderives the calculating formula and testing method of accuracy (absolute error, relativeerror),linearity,step error and sensitivity of encoder. The examples are also given.
