摘要 目的 明确临床分离的21株铜绿假单胞菌耐药性及氨基糖苷类修饰酶(AMEs)基因存在状况。方法 采用微量肉汤法测定临床分离的21株铜绿假单胞菌对15种抗菌药物的敏感性,采用聚合酶链反应分析AMEs基因型。结果 该21株菌呈现多重耐药,对庆大霉索、妥布霉素的耐药率分别为33.3%、38.1%,其余13种的耐药率在23.8%-100%。7株(33.3%)检出氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因。结论 临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药严重,AMEs基因携带率很高。 Objective To investigate drug resistance and genotyping of aminoglycoside modifying enzymes (AMEs) in 21 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the clinical samples. Methods The susceptibility of 15 kinds of antimicrobial agents against 21 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were performed by microdilute tests. Genotypes of AMEs were analyzed by PCR. Results The 21 strains were exhibited muhipledrug-resistance. The resistant rate to Gentamicin, Tobramyein were 33.3 %, 38.1%, respectively. The resistant rates to other antimicrobial agents were 23.8% to 100%. AMEs gene was found in 7 strains ( 33.3% ). Conclusion The multiple-drug-resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from clinical samples is severely, and 4 kinds of AMEs genes are existent including sac (6') - Ⅰ , sac ( 3 )- Ⅱ, ant (3') - Ⅲ and ant (2') - Ⅰ
