摘要
分析了SS7E型电力机车转向架构架的结构及其受力,并结合疲劳试验和实际运用情况,运用ANSYS有限元软件对构架进行可靠性和安全性研究。4年多的实际运用和动应力测试表明构架可靠性满足设计要求。
The structure and forces of the bogie frame of SS7E electric locomotive are analyzed. Based on the fatigue test and practical operations, reliability and safety study is made to the bogie frame with ANSYS finite element software. 4-year operations and dynamic stress tests indicate that the bogie frame reliability reaches the design requirement.
