摘要
以苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸等为原料,采用功能单体引入法无皂聚合工艺制备了性能稳定的核壳型共聚物表面施胶剂(PSS)。IR、DSC、TEM分析表明,PSS有预期的共聚结构和微粒形态。PSS与表面施胶淀粉共用于纸厂铜版原纸的生产表明,与单用表面施胶淀粉相比,原纸正、反面Cobb值分别降低28.6%、40.8%;增加碳酸钙用量1.5%后,原纸表面强度、抗张指数、耐折度仍可提高14.2%、7.4%、16.7%,吨浆生产原纸成本降低19.02元。
The core-shell type surface sizing agent PSS synthesized by introducing a functional monomer in the soap-free polymerization technology was prepared using acrylate, styrene, acrylic acid as raw materials. The designed copolymer molecular structure of PSS product was identified by the analysis of IR and DSC. The result of surface sizing of the base paper for art paper with PSS plus starch indicted that the Cobb values of the top side and back side of the base paper decreased 28.6% and 40.8% respectively compared with the application of starch alone. The paper surface strength, tensile index, folding endurance and brightness were respectively increased by 14.2%, 7.4%, 16.7%, and 0.7% ISO when the increment of calcium carbonate was 1.5%, meanwhile, the saving of 19.02 RMB per ton of base paper could be achieved.
