摘要
针对废纸造纸生产过程的热分散系统的温度控制特点及工艺要求,提出了对热分散温度控制的改进方案。采用前馈反馈控制系统结构,结合仿人智能控制思想的PID对系统进行有效控制,并在某纸厂实际应用,取得了较好的控制效果。
Based on the process control characteristic in a paper mill, the improvement program of the temperature control system for dispersing process was put forward, which included the systemic framework of the feed-forward and feedback control system, and the PID control based on the thought of Simulating-Human Intelligent. It has been successfully applied to dispersing process of waste paper deinking system in a mill.
