摘要
目的分析中小学教师的心理健康状况与人格特征的关系,为中小学教师心理健康和人格特征的培养和干预提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔人格问卷(16PF)对杭州市306名中小学教师进行调查。结果杭州市中小学教师心理问题检出率为44.12%。中小学教师的SCL-90总分与16PF部分因子相关。结论中小学教师的心理健康状况应给予更多的关注,某些人格特征的培养和完善有利于教师的心理健康。
Objective To analyze the relationships between mental health and personality traits among primary and secondary school teachers, and to provide evidence for the interventions. Methods A sample of 306 primary and secondary school teacher were tested by using SCL - 90 and 16 PF. Results The incidence of psychological problems was 44.12% for the teachers in Hangzhon. Total score of SCL - 90 was correlated to most factors of 16 PF. Conclusion More attention should be given to the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers, and the improvement of some factors of personality can improve mental health.
