摘要
目的了解河南省大学生的焦虑现状。方法采用状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI),对河南省3所普通高校510名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生的状态焦虑和特质焦虑与全国常模存在显著差异(P<0.01);大学生状态焦虑在年级和专业方面存在统计学差异(P<0.01);不同性别、不同生源地、独生子女与非独生子女之间的状态焦虑与特质焦虑均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论大学生的状态焦虑和特质焦虑均高于全国常模;大学新生和毕业生的状态焦虑水平较高;师范生的状态焦虑水平较低。高校应进一步强化心理健康教育,关注年级和专业差异,增强心理健康教育的针对性。
Objective To know about the anxiety present situation of undergraduates in Henan Province. Methods State and trait anxiety of undergraduates were measured by an special questionnaire. 510 undergraduates in three universities were investigated. Results Compared with the whole country norm, the state and trait anxiety of undergraduate were higher (P 〈 0.01 ). There were significant statistics differences among different grades and specialties (P 〈 0.01 ). There were no significant statistics differences in different gender, different hometown, singleton and no singleton (P〉0.05) . Conclusion The state and trait anxiety of undergraduates in three universities is higher than the whole country norm. The state anxiety level of freshmen and graduates is higher and that of teacher-training students is lower. Psychology health education aimed to difference grade and specialty should be enhanced.
