摘要
保送生制度作为大学入学的一种方式,其确立和发展与社会的政治经济文化的变迁有着紧密的联系,它是国家意志的体现,弥补了统一高考录取制度按分数录取的不足,发挥了重要的补充作用,但也出现了异化。在从政治化到以人为本的转变中,保送生制度正逐步走向完善。
As an important supplement to university entrance examination, the system of admission into colleges and universities based on recommendation has been established since the 1950s. At first a candidate was recommended on the strength of his political behaviour, but now personal qualities have become the first consideration in the choice of candidates.
