摘要
在四川省凉山州烟草科学研究所进行了地膜覆盖与揭膜时期试验.结果表明,不同的揭膜处理对烟草株高及叶片生长有明显的影响.叶片中蔗糖转化酶(INV)、硝酸还原酶(NR)的活性,覆膜处理较不覆膜处理的高,在覆膜处理中以35 d揭膜处理的酶活性最强;烟草根系中NR活性与地上部叶片中的变化趋势不同,表现为不覆膜处理的酶活性高于覆膜处理.
Experiments of plastic Research Institute. Results show film mulching and time of removing were carried out in Liangshan Tobacco that plant height and leaf growth were both distinctly affected by different mulching time treatments. The activity of nitrate reductase of leaf and invertase in mulching plastic film treatment were more active than in non-mulching treatment. The most active one is identified in the treatment of removing plastic film after 35 days of transplanting. The experiments also found that the activity of nitrate reductase in root had a different tendency from that in leaf during the growing period. Results show that the activity of Nitrate Reductase in root was higher in non-mulching treatment than in mulching treatment.
