摘要
对废弃混凝土破碎后分离出砂浆,经粉磨处理,再配以一定量的熟石灰和水制成试块,在合适压蒸制度下利用水热反应制备钙硅制品。用抗压强度试验、SEM、XRD等手段测试并分析了试样宏观性能与原料配比、反应过程、产物形貌、数量、性质等之间的关系。结果表明利用废弃混凝土分离出来的砂浆可以制得具有良好力学性能的钙硅制品,反应产物主要有-αC2SH和半结晶的C-S-H(B)等物相,而水固比、Ca/Si比是影响制品宏观性能的重要因素。
Waste concrete was crushed and the mortar was separated, and then the mortar was ground by specific period of time and mixed with certain ratios of white lime and water to prepare specimens. The specimens were cured in autoclaving con ditions, and compressive strength experiments, SEM, XRD methods were used to investigate the relationship between raw ma terials mixture, reaction process, properties of hydration products and macro-performances of specimens. Results show that high strength lime-silicate products could be prepared utilizing mortars segregated from concrete. The main hydration products including α-C2SH and C-S-H (B), and water/solid ratio and Ca/Si ratio were the important factors affecting the macro-performances.
