摘要
研究了克拉维酸发酵液中甘油含量的测定方法,在412 nm得到了甘油测定的线性回归方程:y=0.0236x- 0.0036,R2=0.9997,在0-40 mg·L-1范围内,线性关系良好。通过回收率实验,证明发酵液中其他成分对测定结果干扰较小。该方法重现性好,方法简单,比较适合发酵液中甘油含量的测定。
The determination of glycerol content in broth by spectrophotometry was studied. The absorbance was measured at 412 nm. The working curve equation of glycerol concentration was y = 0. 0236x -0. 0036, R^2 = 0. 9997. The linearity rela- tionship between 0 ~40 mg· L^-1 was very well. The recovery rate experiment showed the result with this method was not affected by the other substances in the broth. In conclusion: this method is simple, accurate and can be applied to the determination of glycerol content in fermentation broth.
