摘要
建立了研究机床爬行机理的物理模型,根据模型所描述的动力学系统建立了系统的状态方程,并进行了系统的刚度(水平方向、垂直方向)、阻尼比对爬行评价指标影响的计算机数值模拟。结果表明:增大水平方向的刚度、减小阻尼比以及适当地提高垂直方向的刚度三者均可以明显地减小机床爬行。
A new physical model for studying stick - slip is established. Based on the dynamics system of the model, the state equation of the system was presented. And simulation analysis of stiffness and dampness ratio for the stick - slip of machine tool was carried out. The relation between stiffness ( horizontal, normal) and dampness ratio and evaluating parameters of stick - slip was analyzed, which proves that stick - slip can be reduced by improving horizontal stiffness, decreasing dampness ratio, and properly choosing the vertical stiffness.
