摘要
研究了RTL inux在开放式数控系统中的应用。在介绍RTL inux体系结构的基础上,概述了系统的软、硬件结构,并详细阐述了实时模块的实现方式以及实时模块与非实时模块之间的通信机制。实践证明,将RTL inux应用于开放式数控系统满足了实时控制系统对响应的快速性、时间的精确性和控制的可预测性的要求。
The application of RTLinux in Open - architecture CNC System was researched. The system structure of RTLinux and its software and hardware strcucture were intrduced, the realization of real - time modolue and the communication mechanism between real - time module and non real - time module was expatiated. The practice result shows that the application of RTLinux in Open - architecture CNC System can meet the requires of quick response, the accuracy of time, and the predictability of control.
