摘要
利用一般数控机床所拥有的RS-232C串行接口设计了串行通讯系统软件,使数控机床可以同计算机进行通讯,实现计算机与机床之间数据的双向传输,且该通讯软件可以实现只在机床端操作,就能自动获得计算机内指定的文件,大大简化了以往机床与PC机之间通讯的繁杂操作。而且此通讯软件可以对大的数据文件进行分割。
The serial communication software was designed to realize the communication and the bidirectional transmission of data between the NC machine and the computer based on the serial interface RS -232C carried by the common NC machine. The data can be acquired from the computer automatically by the only operation at the NC machine, which simplifies the operation of the communication between NC machine and the computer. And this communication software can divide the mass data file into several data files.
