摘要
主要介绍了一种高速信号发生器的设计,用于模拟外来激光束产生的脉冲信号以检测激光探测仪是否正常工作利用VHDL语言对EPM3128ACPLD芯片进行逻辑和同步时序电路设计,作为系统的控制核心,完成8位低速单片机89C5对12位高速D/A芯片AD9762的控制;最终产生了脉宽200ns~3μs可调,步长为50ns的非周期脉冲信号。所设计的信号发生器完全满足检测激光探测仪的要求。
This paper presents a design of high-speed signal generators, which simulates a pulse signal generated by a laser to detect the work of a laser detector. Based on VHDL, logic and synchronous sequential control circuit, which is kernel of this system, is designed in an EPM3128A CPLD chip. It realizes that a high-speed and 12 bit AD9762 D/A converter is controlled by a low-speed and 8bit of 89C51 MCU. A nonperiodic pulse signal is generated, the width of the pulse can be adjusted from 200 ns to 3μs, and the time interval is 50 ns. The signal generators fully meet the demand of detecting the work of the laser detector.
