摘要
试验研究了不同浓度(0、10、20、50、100 mg/L)铬胁迫对大豆种子的萌发情况和大豆下胚轴中膜脂过氧化水平、细胞膜透性及保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,20~100 mg/L铬胁迫对大豆的发芽率和发芽势具有抑制作用,且随胁迫浓度的增加这种抑制作用加强;铬胁迫3 d以后下胚轴的质膜透性和MDA积累显著增加,SOD、CAT活性随着铬胁迫时间的延长和胁迫浓度的增加而下降,而POD活性则上升。
The study dealt with effects of membrane lipid peroxidation, permeability of plasma membrane and activities of protective enzymes ( SOD 、POD,CAT) with different supplementation of Cr^6 + concentration (0,10, 20,50,100 mg/L) in soybean seed germination and hypocotyls. The results showed, under 20- 100 mg/L Cr^6 + treatments, soybean germination percentage, viability, index of seed vigor were inhibited and with the increase of Cr^6 + concentration, this inhibition effect strengthened. After three days, the membrane lipid peroxidation and MDA contents in hypocotyls increased obviously. With the extending of Cr^6 + treatment time and the increase of Cr^6 + stress concentration, the activities of SOD and CAT lowered, whereas POD activities rose.
