不同抗药性培育方式下家蝇幼虫、成虫GSTs活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨不同种类杀虫剂在不同时期施药对家蝇的不同影响,为家蝇的防治提供参考依据。[方法]分别在幼虫期和成虫期对家蝇施加杀虫剂,测量不同世代家蝇的LD50并计算抗性指数,测量第14代家蝇不同抗性品系和敏感品系幼虫和成虫的谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GSTs)的活性。[结果]家蝇幼虫和成虫GSTs活性有明显不同,幼虫期施加敌敌畏的品系GSTs活性升高最高。[结论]GSTs的活性与幼虫期施加杀虫剂抗性增加较快有关,与家蝇对敌敌畏的抗药性有一定关系。 [Objective]To explore different effect of different giving methods of insecticide on Musca domestica,in order to provide scientific basis for Musca domestica, control and prevention. [Methods]To give insecticides to Musca domestica on adulthood or larvae phase, and test LD50 of different generation of Musca domestica and the index of fastness, the GSTs' activities of adults and larvae of Musca domestica of different groups. [Results]GSTs' activities of adults and larvae of Musca domestica had remarkable difference, GSTs' activities of the group given Dichlorvos on larvae rose the most. [Conclusion]GSTs' activities had relations with the quick growing of insecticide resistance of the group given insecticide on larvae and Musca domestica 's resistance to Dichlorvos.
