摘要
目前,饮料行业快速发展,是市场化程度最高的行业之一,基本形成了买方市场的格局,充满着激烈的竞争。以合法手段获取信息并通过分析而产生竞争策略的竞争情报,已成为战胜竞争对手的重要手段。本文通过对A公司的竞争情报工作现状及存在问题的分析,结合竞争情报系统的理论和实践,提出了改进该公司竞争情报活动的建议。
Drastic competition exists in the beverages Industry which is one of the most marketable Industries in china. Competitive intelligence that comes from analysis information collected by legal way has become a kind of important tool defeating competitor.
The article analyzes current situation of competitive intelligence work in the A company .It presents some measures and proposals for developing competitive intelligence work with the help of the related theories and practice.
