摘要
高等教育担负着培养高素质人才的重任,作为教育工作者,尤其是负责学生管理工作的辅导员,就面临着更高的要求。文章结合个人实践对辅导员工作进行了思考与分析。
Higher education shoulders an important responsibility for more diathetic students for the new epoch. Especially the assistants, who are in charge of taking care of the students, are faced with more requirements. An initial analysis and thought of the assistant＇s work at college are presented in the article.
