摘要
利用北京市1990~2002年间的产业结构和用水量资料,分析了北京市产业结构变化与用水量关系的规律性.首先从农业、工业和第三产业内部的层面,对其各行业构成比例与相应的产业用水量的关系进行分析,并做出了有利于节水的适宜发展行业排序,然后从一、二、三产业结构与总用水量关系的层面进行分析.结果表明,促进产业结构由劳动力和资源密集型向资金、技术、知识密集型产业的方向顺次演进是有利于节水的产业发展战略.
The relationship between industrial structure and water use in Beijing, City is analyzed based on the data from 1990 to 2002. The correlation of industrial composition of the 3 industries with their related water consumptions is investigated with focus laid on the Third Industry. The relationship between the 3 industries' structures and the total water use is then analyzed. A priority order of the Third Industry development is put forward in terms of water saving. It is found that the transition of industrial structure from labor-intensive and/or resources-intensive industries to skill-intensive and/or knowledge-intensive industries is a reasonable development way to reduce water consumption.
