摘要
目的探讨瘦素(Leptin)在胃溃疡的发生及愈合中的作用机制。方法采用免疫组织化学ABC法,对30例胃溃疡患者愈合前后胃黏膜组织中瘦素的表达水平及其分布进行检测。结果治疗前30例活动性胃溃疡患者胃黏膜组织中瘦素的表达水平为0·7548±0·0416(以平均吸光度A值表示),与治疗后(A值为0·2115±0·0162)相比明显增高(P<0·01)。镜下,瘦素主要表达于胃黏膜上皮细胞和胃腺上皮细胞胞质内。结论瘦素促进溃疡周边黏膜上皮及胃腺上皮细胞的增殖,对溃疡的愈合起促进作用。
Objective To expiate the role of leptin during healing of gastric ulcers. Methods Expression of hptin was examined by ABC immunohistoehemistry stain in gastric mucoea in 30 patients with gastric ulcer before and after treatment. Results The expression of leptin in gastric muccea before treatment were significantly higher than those after treatment（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The overexpression of leptin may play an important role in gastric rnucosa epithelial cell proliferation,and maybe accelerate the healing of gastric ulcers.
