摘要
针对主动磁轴承电主轴控制器设计复杂、价格昂贵等问题,采用数字信号处理器和智能功率模块,设计了主动磁轴承控制系统,实现了磁轴承的悬浮和电机调速。采用智能PID算法,编制了控制软件。连续运转试验表明,磁轴承悬浮稳定,旋转速度达4×104r/m in。该控制系统结构简单,性价比高,可满足高速铣削磁悬浮电主轴要求。
Digital signal processor and intelligent power module were used to design the control system of motorized spindle supported with AMB ( Active magnetic bearing) in order to overcome the defect of traditional controller with complex system and expensive cost. Suspension of AMB and motor speed regulation were realized. Control software was programmed making use of intelligent PID algorithm. Continuous running indicated that Suspension state is stable. Rotary speed attains 4 x 10^4 r/min. This control system is inexpensive and high-performance, and it can satisfy the demand of high rate milling spindle.
