摘要
在采用有限元分析软件全面计算了大方坯在连铸过程中的温度场分布、凝固末端的位置的基础上,确定了扇形段电磁搅拌器的安装位置。并在现场进行了结晶器搅拌和结晶器+扇形段电磁搅拌对U71Mn钢组织的影响的研究。组织和成分检验表明,同一炉钢搅拌流比无搅拌流中心疏松更加弥散化;有扇形段搅拌比无扇形段搅拌的铸坯在中心偏析、夹杂物分布有不同程度的改善;搅拌流的中心部位碳峰值明显减小,碳偏析指数降低1.7%~12.5%;铸坯成分偏析的方差值减小9.4%~38.3%。
In order to determine the right position of segment electromagnetic stirrer, the finite element method was used to calculate temperature field and shell growth in bloom. The results were used for U71Mn. The microstructure and segregation of U71Mn blooms with and without segment electromagnetic stirring were observed. It was found that the segregation, inclusion content and porosity in the center of bloom cast with segment electromagnetic stirring are improved compared with that of bloom cast without segment electromagnetic stirring. The peak carbon content in center was reduced greatly, the carbon segregation index was reduced by 1.7%-12.5%, and the square deviation of segregation index was reduced by 9.4%-38.3%.
