高等护理临床教师职业素养现状及其对学生的影响 被引量:29

摘要 通过对高等护理临床教师职业素养现状的分析与思考,发现目前护理临床教师在临床教学中对专业认识存在不足,专业思想不稳固,对自身双重角色定位不明确,教学能力不足。护理临床教师职业素养欠缺易影响后期临床教学质量,影响学生正确的专业价值观的形成。医院应重视临床师资队伍建设,改革教学管理体系,加强教师教学能力培养,提升护理临床教师职业素养。
