摘要
论文在以往相关研究基础上,验证了高参与工作系统对企业绩效有积极影响的假设。本研究同时引入了员工人力资本专用性作为中介变量,环境变化的动态性作为调节变量。实证分析结果表明,高参与工作系统通过人力资源专用性对企业绩效产生影响,环境动态性对高参与工作系统和企业绩效关系具有调节作用。
Based on previous related researches, this article has proved the hypothesis that heave-involvement work system has positive effect on company performance. We have introduced the concept of specific utilization of enterprise human resources as the intermediary variable and the dynamicness of environment as the regulating variable. Our case study indicates that the heavy-participation work system produces good effect son enterprise achievement through more specific utilization of human capital, and that environment dynamic has a regulating effect on the relationship between the heavy-participation work system and enterprise performance.
