合肥地区猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型血清学调查报告

摘要 用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对合肥市及周边地区4个万头以上猪场的220份血清样品进行猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型(PCV-2)血清抗体的检测。检测结果表明,PCV-2血清学抗体的总阳性率为14.55%,种猪的阳性率为21.36%,4个猪场的血清学检测结果全部为阳性,但感染率有较大差别。
