摘要
碳纳米管已经作为电子源广泛应用于场致发射显示器件中。本文讨论了场致发射显示器的工作特性,以及CNT-FED对驱动电路的要求。根据脉宽调制(PWM,Pulse Width Modulation)额基本原理,本文提出了新型的灰度实现方式。该方法灰度等级实现方法简单,大大降低了扫描信号的频率要求。
The carbon nanotube has already been used as the electron source in the field emission display panel. This paper studies the characteristic of CNT-FEDs and the requirements for field emission display driving circuit. According to the principle of the mode pulse width modulation, we found a suitable driving circuit method for field emission display. This method ensures simple grayscale level realization and can considerably decrease the requirements to scanning signal's frequency in order to easily meet high voltage and high speed request for driver chips.
