摘要
山西漳山发电有限责任公司(以下简称漳山公司)2×300MW直接空冷机组目前运行比较稳定,在机组运行期间暴露出一些问题,如夏季机组不能满负荷运行、空冷凝汽器系统受不利风向的影响比较严重、机组真空系统的泄漏和凝结水含氧量高的问题等。文章分别介绍了直接空冷系统在设计、安装、调试、运行中出现的一些问题及解决方案。如:热态冲洗时补水方式存在不足;空冷风机的控制为国内同类型机组首次采用全变频控制,自动调节效果良好;空冷机组的防冻问题及受大风环境的影响,并给出了一些对策。
The 2 × 300 MW direct air cooling units in Shanxi Province Zhangshan Power Generation Corporation have been operating steadily presently, Some problems ever occurred in the initial commissioning stage,for example,the units conldn't operate at full load in summer,the impacts of unfavonrable wind direction on the air cooling condenser system were severe,leakages occurred in the direct air cooling systems of units and the oxygen contents in the condensates were higher etc. The paper briefed separately the problems occturring in the desigo,assembly,debugging and operation of direct air cooling system and their solution schemes,for example:the making-up mode of water during the hot state flushing was inadequate;The control of air cooling draft fans adopted the full frequency converter for the first time in the similar type units in China,the effect of antomatic requlation was good;the antifreeze problem of air cooling unit and the impact of strong wind atmosphere etc. In view of These problems,the corresponding counterrneasures were put forward.
