摘要
论文提出要重建图书馆的人文精神,倡导科学精神和人文精神同频共振,相辅相成,在管理和服务中实行“以人为本”原则,使网络时代的图书馆更具文化内涵,更具生存竞争力。
This paper proposes that the humanity essence of library will be reconstructed.It sparkplugs that humanity essence and scientific spirit must be resonated,complement and implement one another.The principle of ＂Human Oriented＂ should be implemented in the management and the service,so as to let the libraries in network time to be full of cultural connotation and have more survival and competitive power.
