摘要
采用化学镀法制备钴-磷-氧化锆复合镀层,并研究了PH值、温度、氧化锆的加入量、氧化锆的粒度和后处理等制备工艺条件对沉积速率、镀层的空隙率、硬度等性能的影响。试验结果表明,制备钴-磷-氧化锆复合镀层的最佳工艺条件为85℃ ̄90℃、PH值9左右,采用空气搅拌或电磁搅拌。加入细的ZrO2颗粒不仅可以细化镀层的组织结构,而且还可以提高镀层硬度等性能。所获得的复合镀层经400℃热处理后,显微硬度还可进一步提高。
The Co-P-ZrO2 composite coating was produced by electroless plating. The effect of such process conditions as PH value, temperature, amount and grain-size of added zirconia as well as post-treatment and so forth on deposition rate, void ratio and hardness of the coating has been studied. The test results show that the best processing conditions for producing the Co-P-ZrO2 coating are as follows: temperature from 85℃ to 90℃, PH value of about 9 and agitating by air or electromagnetic force. Besides, the addition of fine grained ZrO2 will refine not only structure but increase hardness of the coating, and the heat treatment of the composite coating at 400℃ will further increase its hardness.
