冷处理温度对超高强度钢B318疲劳性能的影响

摘要 研究了冷处理温度对超高强度钢B318疲劳性能的影响,结果表明,在相同条件下,冷处理温度对该钢的疲劳性能影响很大。要获得稳定的疲劳性能,需控制冷处理温度的波动,并尽可能降低冷处理温度。冷处理温度的降低导致B318钢疲劳性能的改善可能与冷处理过程中碳化物析出和回火时超细碳化物析出以及组织细化有关。 The effect of subzero treatment temperature on the fatigue property of the ultra-high strength steel B318 was studied, The results show that the subzero treatment temperature will significantly influence the fatigue property of the steel under the same condition. To acquire stable fatigue property the fluctuation of the subzero treatment temperature is to be controlled, and meanwhile as low as possible subzero treatment temperature shall be applied, An improvement on the fatigue property of B318 steel, which arises from reduction in the subzero treatment temperature, is possibly related to precipitation of carbides during the subzero treating and precipitation of superfine carbides during the tempering as well as refining of the structures.
