摘要
企业社会责任是构建企业与社会和谐关系的一种基本思想。从国际上看,由于历史文化和制度的不同,其发展是不一样的。在不发达的国家里,它的含义仍然在很大程度上受经济状况的限制。目前,企业社会责任缺失已经对我国的社会经济协调发展产生了严重的负面影响,建立我国企业社会责任的实现机制也变得迫在眉睫。从我国国情出发,应通过推动金融机构的社会责任投资、法律资源整合、职工参与、政策的制定和舆论倡导等几个方面建立我国企业社会责任的实现机制。
Enterprise social responsibility is a basic thought of building a harmonious relation between the enterprise and the society. Internationally, because of the differerit cultural backgrounds and social norms, the development of an enterprise＇s social responsibility is often unbalanced. Nowadays, the lack of the enterprises＇social responsibility has produced negative effect on eco- nomic development. Therefore it is urgent to build a realization mechanism of enterprise social responsibility. This paper analyzes the realization mechanism of enterprise social responsibility from the aspects of investment of social responsibility, the integration of legal resources, the participation of employees, the making of policies and the orientation of public opinions.
