摘要
绩效管理中央部分的绩效评估及其技术和方法起着越来越重要的作用。世界范围内广泛讨论和应用的组织绩效管理的两大理论方法体系的关键指标法(简称KPI)和平衡记分法(简称BSC),它们的产生、发展及其在企业绩效和战略管理中的应用给了公共部门很多启示。以BSC为依据的KPI是我国公共部门绩效管理的发展方向。
The achievements management central part namely achievements evaluation and it's technology and the method are playing more and more vital role. KPI&BSC are two effective methods of performance evaluation which are widely applied in enterprise performance evaluation in recent years. KPI based on BSC is the direction to which Chinese performance management of public sectors develops.
