摘要
本文介绍了高膳食纤维藕粉的滚筒干燥工艺,对影响干燥速率的多因素进行了研究,结果显示了滚筒干燥机的技术参数对干燥过程的控制具有很强的灵活性。
Drum-dried processing of high dietaryfibered lotus root power is introduced. Multiple factors that affect drying rate are studied. The results indicat that drum dryer's technological parameter on drying processing can be controlled flexibility.
