摘要
本文在汉字简化和现代汉语拼音方案的基础上,提出了“一语双文”的中文改革设想,阐述应逐步建立适合中国的拼音文字,强调在计算机中文信息处理领域汉语拼音应成为最得力的工具,为中文和计算机信息技术的结合提供了新的和更科学合理的途径。
This paper puts forward a ＂ One Language and Two Ways of Spelling＂ hypothesis based on the Chinese character simplification and the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and discusses the possibility to establish a suitable alphabetic system of spelling, emphasizing the fact that the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet is the most useful tool in the computer information processing.
