植物存在一系列耐受重金属胁迫的细胞机制,这些机制主要包括:根和质膜限制对重金属离子的吸收和运输;在细胞内通过植物络合素、金属硫蛋白或有机酸等络合重金属;利用热激蛋白等修复被胁迫伤害的蛋白;将重金属离子区隔化入液泡等。概述了植物耐受重金属胁迫细胞机制的研究进展。
Plants have evolved a range of protective mechanisms that may be involved in the tolerance to heavy metal. These mechanisms mainly include the processes occurring on the roots surface of the plants that lead to restriction of heavy metal absorption, mycorrhizae, transport of heavy metals across the plasma membrane to the cytoplasm. Plants are able to detoxify heavy metals inside the cell by chelating them with phytochelatins, metallothioneins or organic acids, repairing those stress-damaged proteins, and compartmenting them into vacuole. Advance in the study on cellular mechanisms of plant tolerance to heavy metal was reviewed.
