摘要
为了查清盗伐、滥伐林木案件的性质和法律责任,根据涉林案件的不同情况,提出用重量、单价的换算法测算涉林案件的木材材积。
In order to identify the characters of cases of illegal ＆ excessive timber logging and legal responsibihties, the author forwards to calculate timber volume in cases conceming forestry with timber weight and method of univalent conversion according to different situations of the cases.
