摘要
针对硝基苯加氢流化床反应器在使用过程中出现的生产负荷下降、催化剂损失大增等问题,分析了其内部三组串联的旋风分离系统性能下降的原因,并以经验公式计算、核实,提出了改进措施和加强管理的建议,取得了良好的效果。
This article analyzes the causes for the performance reduction of the three serial cyclone separation systems in the nitrobenzene hydrogenation fluidized bed reactor,which has problems during the operation,such as production load drop and significant increase of catalyst loss.Through calculation with empirical formula and verification,it proposes improvement measures and suggestions for strengthening management,which has achieved satisfactory results.
