摘要
以13X分子筛为载体,采用浸渍法制备了一系列用于汽油脱硫的负载金属离子的改性分子筛吸附剂。重点考察了Ag/13X吸附剂的制备条件和静态吸附条件对其脱硫性能的影响;并对吸附剂作了X-射线衍射和比表面积分析。结果表明,Ag/13X吸附剂的适宜制备条件为:浸渍液浓度0.1 mol/L,浸渍时间6 h,100℃干燥2 h,550℃焙烧2 h,该吸附剂在常温,常压,剂油质量比为0.20的吸附条件下,对噻吩类含硫化合物的吸附效果明显,脱硫率为91.5%-99.7%。
A series of adsorbents containing metal cations modified 13X molecular sieve were prepared by impregnation method for gasoline deep desulfurization. The study focused on the effects of preparation conditions and adsorption conditions on the desulfurization performance of Ag/13X adsorbent. The composition and specific surface area of said adsorbents were determined by XRD,and BET technique. Test results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of Ag/13X adsorbent were under an impregnating agent concentration of 0. lmol/L, an impregnating time of 6h, a drying time of 2h at 100℃, and a calcining time of 2h at 550℃. At ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure with an adsorbent to oil ratio of 0.20, the prepared adsorbent could effectively remove the thiophene type sulfur compounds, especially benzothiophene. The removal rates of sulfur Compounds varied from 91.5% to 99.7%.
