摘要
通过对外国留学生“文化休克”问题的思考,结合图书馆工作的实际,探讨了在图书馆工作中如何进行有效的跨文化交际,以减少图书馆员和留学生读者之间的交流障碍,提高服务质量。
Through the considerations about the ＂cultural shock＂ of the foreign students, and connecting with the practical work of the library, this paper probes into how to make effective intercultural communication in the library work for the purpose of eliminating the communicative barriers between the librarians and the foreign students and improving the quality of the library service.
