摘要
膀胱癌是人类泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,除吸烟外职业暴露是其最主要的病因。大量流行病学研究发现,在染料、橡胶、制革、铝生产、钢铁铸造、油漆、铅冶炼和卡车司机等行业中,工人患膀胱癌的危险性增加,其中芳香胺、多环芳烃、铅和柴油机尾气等为主要暴露因素。
Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the urinary tract. Occupational exposures are the most risk faetors for bladder cancer besides smoking. A great number of epidemiological studies have shown an increased risk of bladder cancer among truck driven and the workers engaged in dyestuff manufacture and use, rubber manufacture, leather industry, aluminum production, iron and steel foundries, painting and lead smelters. Aromatic amines, polycyelic aromatic hydrocarbons, lead and diesel exhaust gases are risk factors for bladder cancer.
