摘要
目的观察不同时间90dB次声诱导的大鼠心肌细胞凋亡,并探讨其相关机制.方法用8Hz/90dB的次声分别作用大鼠1,7,14,21和28d,每日2h,观察大鼠心肌细胞凋亡率的变化,测定大鼠7心肌细胞钙离子浓度的变化.结果大鼠心肌细胞凋亡率随时间逐渐增大(P<0.01),大鼠心肌细胞内钙离子浓度随时间逐渐增多(P<0.01).结论90dB次声可引起大鼠心肌凋亡,与次声暴露时间有关.
AIM: To observe the changes of cardiac cell apoptosis in rats exposed to infrasound with 8 Hz of 90 dB for different time periods and to study its underlying mechanism. METHODS: The rats were exposed to infrasound with 8 Hz/90 dB 2 h daily for 1,7, 14, 21 and 28 d and then the cardiac cell apoptosis and the [ Ca^2 + ] change in cardiac cells were measured. RESULTS: Cardiac cell apoptosis rate increased as time went on (P 〈0.01 ) and [ Ca^2+ ] in cardiac cells significantly increased as time went by(P 〈0. 01). CONCLUSION: The 90 dB infrasound can induce the cardiac cell apoptosis. These changes are positively associated with the infrasound exposure time.
